Identify logic IC

I am looking for technical data on a 16 pin logic chip produced by Texas Instruments in the early 1970's.  The IC markings are:  MIC 7/C  and 7424 (line over last 4).  The chip was used in a Smith's (U.K.) seat belt interlock unit.  The seat belt unit was required to meet 1974 Federal Motor Vehicle requirements to inhibit a car from starting unless the drivers seat belt was fastened.
