continuing on dual channel adaptor

I have completed the circuit and put it into a box and it's really looking the part!

There is only one question and that is;

1 The signals are noise-free and follow each other without a seperated sync-pulse, and the circuit works only between 1500 and 4000 HZ.

The only problem is that there is a 25uS delay between the waveformsThe delay which is at 0Volts is not

realated to the trigger pulse as I have disconnected it.

I have solved the problem of interfacing +8 volts to +/-8 volts by using a 4N25 opto coupler to drive each 4016 fet switch.

I think the 25uS delay is because the optos arn't switching fast enough.The 4016 should be fast enough.

The optos are been driven by 8mA though the LED ,which I need to find the current to drive them at 50/50 duty cycle.

The 4N25 claims it can switch as fast as 3uS.The 4N25 claims it's max forward current of the LED is 80mA and 3A at 300uS 2% duty cycle.

I'll try increasing the forward current of the LED.The load on the optos are 8K2 ohms at +-8Volts.

Thankyou

Simon
