Using TXB0108 with SN74LV541A

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXB0108, SN74LV541A

Hi, Im trying to/receive LVTTL signal(3.3V) from FPGA to/from a off the shelf product (Device A).

Device A accept TTL signal (5V) and have internal built in pull down resistor of 2.2K

Therefore I proposing to use TXB0108 to convert 3.3V to 5V signal. And since TXB0108 have internal 4K resistor.

The output of TXB0108 will go through SN74LV541A buffer. The output of SN74LV541A then go to Device A.

Device A Output will also go to  SN74LV541A buffer then TXB0108 then to FPGA.

I have attached the schematic here.

Can pls advise if this design is ok?

Do I need to use any resistors..... btw those signal line? if so wat is the recommended value
