CD4052BM current multiplexer

Helo,

I have a design where I am using the CD4052BM to multiplex several current drivers across a single 10k resistor. The 4 current drivers are between +200uA to +400uA and connect to the Y channel In/Outs and the resistor connects to the Y common pin. The IC is supplied with a 5V supply and everything is common ground.

Is there any issue with using the CD4052BM as a current multiplexer, or is it only an analog voltage multiplexer? From my understanding of the IC, the selected channel as a maximum of 1050 ohms and all others have a maximum leakage current of +/-100nA. Is there any issue if the current were going in the opposite direction?

Thanks
