Line Receiver 100314

hello everybody!!

i am working on a projekt with a laser range finder... there i have the 100314 line receiver from national semiconductor placed...

i would like to analyse the circuit with pspice, but i have only the package without the sim file...

is there any body who can help me, cause i can`t find the sim file in the internet...??

Are you sure that it is a National part number?

I have the feeling it is from Micrel...

yes i am sure...

"100314 Low Power Quint Differential Line Receiver" that is the designation from the datasheet which you can find here in the product list...

Yes, you are correct, I am sorry. It is an obsolete part, maybe that is the reason that there is little information available.

hi, sorry but i was in holiday...

yes this part is not longer available and either supported.

so my problem is that i have to know the internal circuit in a simple way. i know that it is a NOR-stage (like picture), only the negated input makes me some problems. could you explain the input stage please? (if possible)

i don`t think that this is only a simple negation or is it?
