SPICE model for CD4051B?

hi, i was just wondering if it was possible to download a SPICE model for the 4051 8 channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer here, or anywhere for that matter. if anyone could help me out that would be great. thanks for your time

We do not have SPIce models for any part that begins with CD. The were purchased from Harris Semi years ago nd we do not have the data needed to create the models.

I dont believe so. you might search other modeling sites on the web and see if it is in their libraries or look at NXP HEF4051.

These parts are old enough that they will probably not have any models available anywhere.
