SN74CB3T16212ZQLR - Materials Declaration

Hello,

My customer is looking the tin/silver/copper alloy content (in percentages) of the lead free solder balls used in the TI SN74CB3T16212ZQLR. They need to find out the percentages, which usually show up in a Materials Declaration Data Sheet for the package.  They are looking to find out if it is SAC405 (4% silver), SAC305 (3% silver), SAC105 (1% silver) or some other combination of alloys.

     scroll down to Quality, for the ZQL package, click on View:

    You'll then see:

    FYI, because it wasn't spelled out and the question was asked in this manner,  for the ZQL, the material is SAC125  (Sn/Ag1.2/Cu0.5)
