In the Application Report SCAA048 - October 2001 Filtering Techniques: Isolating Analog and Digital Power.....

it mentions computing the inductance of power supply wiring.  Specifically would this be the inductance of the trace from say, the output of a regulator, to the IC in question. In this case sn74__244A?
