For our project we want to connect FPGA Virtex 6 to a legacy PCI plug-in card. Virtex IO supply max is 2.5V and the PCI card operates at 3.3V. For this we wanted to use level translator. The general level translators can not be used since PCI works on reflected-wave switching where the input voltages will be higher than the IO voltage and may damage the level translator. Can we use TXB0108 device for level translation for PCI application?
