CD4052BE On Resistance at 15V

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CD4053B, CD4052B, CD4051B

My company has CD4052BE using as analog multiplexer in products without problem many years. The last chips we bought have been found problems of on-resistance. According the datasheet, the Rdson should be 470-1050 ohm at 5V, 180-400 ohm at 10V, 125-240 ohm at 15V, but those chips have 900+ ohm at 15V about 1.5uA and temperature below 40 C. The out of specification has caused failure of our sensitive circuit. Are they defective or fake chips, or just change of specification?

On chip production code : 12YR18D

Datasheet : CD4051B, CD4052B, CD4053B (Auguest 1998 - Revised October 2003)
