SN74LVC2T45-while using in unidirectional logic level-shifting

Hi,

while using SN74LVC2T45-as unidirectional logic level-shifting , can u plz suggest about the decoupling capacitor on pin 8 and pin1.In the datasheet , I couldnt find that details in application information.
