SN74AHC125 - quiescent current question

Hello:

I am intending to use the SN74AHC125 on a new design for level-shifting. The table below shows an ICC value of 40uA max across temperature. I have a couple questions:

1) Does the ICC value represent the quiescent current draw of the part?

2) Does this ICC value represent current for all four channels or is it 40uA per channel max = 160uA max per device?

Icc is the is static current for 1 channel with input at Vcc or gnd.

I am guessing you are translating down. Let me know the voltages and we may have a better part.

Yes, correct! 5V in, 3.3V out.

We also have a separate need for 3.3V in, 5V out which we were targeting to use the SN74AHCT125.

What would you recommend?

These choices will work. If you need better current consumption you could us SN74LV125A and SN74LV125AT.
