SN74LVC1G14DBVRE4 is going to be modeled using ANSYS FEA to estimate thermal and mechanical stress.
For modeling it would be very helpful to have a "cross-section" of the component, materials identified (which mold compound for example), and material properties (such as CTE, density, etc.). Unfortunately the normal data sheets do not contain such info.
Can TI provide such information for modeling purposes?
