Reliability Data for CD74HC

Would you be able to provide reliability data (FIT, confidence level, activation energy, stress temp, usage temp) for CD74HC series devices. There is no reliability data available for these device on TI website. Is data for one device is also applicable to another device of same family.

    The CD devices were purchased from Harris several years ago and we did not get any reliability data with them.  I beleive we did a sample for the family.

    For the CD74HC devices you can use the SN74HC data  or use data from another device in the same CD74HC family.
