I'm having issues with this part on my board and I believe it is because your datasheet (REV FEB 2012) has the incorrect pinout for the part.
With the part removed and probing pads, I'm getting the expected signals and voltages at the pads indicated in the datasheet (input pins 2,5,7). However, with the part installed, I'm getting weird voltages on the input pins. Something that would look like the pin is being driven both high and to ground. I also noticed that, according to the datasheet, the pins numbers for this part are backwards compared to the other three packages. Are the Input and Output pins correct in the datasheet to the actual part for this package?
