Hello,

I'm looking for a buffer or level shifter, I hope someone can help me in this forum.

1Bit....8Bits

Discrete output enable for each bit

TTL-Input (3,3V signal in application)

5V VCC (5V output)

10MHz at least

25mA output current or more

Does someone know a TI part which meets those requirements?

Could you please make a proposal?

I found TXB0101, but I'm not sure about the output driver strength. Is the maximum output continuous current 50mA indeed?

The TXB has very weak drive. Here is an example of a part that should work. 32ma drive. SN74LVC1T45 1bit or SN74LVC8T245 8 bit.

There are also other bit widths. to find them put the number of bits you need in front of the T.
