Part Selection - 400 MHz, 3.0V to 1.5V translator

Hi Team!

I am currently looking for a voltage translation device that can translate down from 3.0V to 1.5V at 400MHz. I could not find anything that would work at those speeds for down conversion (they worked at 400MHz if you were converting from say 1.8V to 3.3V). Are there any devices that you are aware of that can meet this need? If not, are there alternative solutions to this?

My preference is to find a single-channel or 2-channel device that can fulfill this need.

Hi Ben

The best we have in standard logic is about 250Mhz. I will move you post to the translation forum to see if they have anything.

Hi, Ben,

For transltion, so far, we only can work well at about 250MHz, no part can work at 400MHz.

could you please let us know what volume will be for this part? and a little more customer information?
