Slower replacement for SN74LVC2G34?

Hi Team!

I am looking for a slower version of this buffer. Is there a part that has a slower rise/fall time than this device, but same current capabilities?

My requirements are as follows:

650 ps to 1 ns rise/fall time
5V supply
+/-24mA output current capabilities
Preferably 6SOT.

I have considered adding capacitors close to the output to reduce the slew rate. In addition to this, I have also considered back termination, but I wanted to see if there were any parts that could be used instead of adding external components.

The LVC family is the only family with 24ma drive at 3.3V. The more drive the faster the edge. We have families with slow edges but they will have lower drive.

Also if you add series resistors or load capacitors to slow the edges of the LVC part you will reduce the drive. However this would get you the closest to what you need

Hi Chris,

Do we have a pin-compatible device in a "weaker" logic family? Perhaps the AUP?

Also, an inverter-buffer would work if this gives us more options.
