I am looking for a logic driver capable of 300MHz, 5V for driving a singly terminated 50 ohm load. Are you able to suggest anything from the TI portfolio? The application is a TTL, 10ns wide pulsed trigger input for a pulsed laser driver with 50ohm load. I have no control over the laser driver so I need a line driver capable of driving 5V into 50ohm directly with 3ns or less rise time. Thanks for your help,
