Hi,

I am  planning to use SN74LS674 16-Bit Parallel in Serial Out Shift register in my application.Could you please provide the Timing diagram of the shift operation.

    The datasheet is here: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/sn74ls674.pdf

    It contains all the AC timing parameters necessary to draw the timing diagram on your own.

    You are unlikely to get someone to draw it for you or update the 15-year old datasheet.
