All - I'm looking for a drop-in replacement for the subject bus transceiver that has Schmitt trigger inputs.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi Dick
Can yuo give me more information on the use of the part . Are you going to be translating both direction or only one direction.
If it is one direction then is it low to high or high to low.
Chris - In the circuit, there are 5 individual SN74LVC1T45 transceivers. Four have their direction pins (DIR) hardwired to Ground, while the fifth has its direction pin (DIR) hardwired to Vcc.
On a different subject, I have a question regarding data retention in a CPLD. What category should I post it in?
Thanks,
Dick Berg

Probably with the vendor who makes the CPLD.
You also didn't answer the question as to whether you are doing voltage translation with the 1T45 device and the voltages on each side of the device.
Try this forum for the CPLD. AM335x Sitara ARM Processors Forum I am not really sure where it goes.
I will move this to the translation forum to see if they have a schmitt trigger version of the 1t45.
