Hi,
Would like to find out what is the white box. Would like to know what is the output of Y1, Y2,... Y7 when Y0 is set to output. Is this high impedance, low impendance or switch open?
Regards,
RVG

They are FET transistors, if they are enabled they present a resistance of around 100 Ohm, if they are disabled, they enter a high impedance state.

The datasheet refers to them in multiple places as "switches". Since this is a CMOS part and not an electro-mechanical relay, obviously they are transfer switches made out of FET transistors.
