TXB0108 Output distortion

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXB0108

I have been testing logic converter TXB0108 to convert 5V to 3.3V on a breadboard. Both power supplies are decoupled by a 10uF capacitor. The B side is receiving a square wave of 1kHz with Vmax=5V and Vmin=0V. I am monitoring the output with a BNC probe and it showed a 1 Vpp 40MHz noise superposed with the expected converted square wave. Could this be caused by a load mismatch and how can I remove the distortion?

Thanks in advance.
