SN74HC4060 Doesn't work with a 32.768kHz oscillator?

Hi, the bellow circuit doesn't work.

VDps=3.6-4.2v

When I use a 4MHz oscillator it works perfectly.

If I use a CD74HC4060 it also works.

Why wouldn't it work with the SN74HC4060?

I this case the 2 parts ar very different. the SN part has very fast edges that cusae ringing. See attached.

I only know how to attach 1 file at a time so I will reply to this post again with another attachment on how to work around the fast edge.

Tried placing a cap like in the doc file and it didn't help.

This is the only other thing I see. The crystal caps seem high. Have you tried 2 15pf caps instead of 2 30pf caps.
