II, IIH, ans IIL specd on page 3 of the datasheet are the worst case leakage across voltage, temp and process. I could not lacate any typical values or charts.

Although II, IIH, and IIL think the leakage current by the side of an input, is there any data of the leakage current by the side of an output (IOZ:off-leak output current) ?
※The value of the leakage current which flows into OUTPUT"Y" when OUTPUT"Y" is OFF (by data sheet 2-page)

This part actually has an IoH spec of .25 ma. That is how much it could leak on the output if the output is high impedance.
The custoemr might consider using a more modern part for less leakage like the SN74LVC1G38.
