Although the power dissipation is writing the data sheet of the following devices to be 500 mW (-55 ℃ ～ 100 ℃), of which package is it spec?

Or is any package the same power dissipation?

- CD4011BE
- CD4012BE
- CD4071BE
- CD4081BE
- CD40106BE

Look at the CD4011A. The thermals are shown fore each package in this datasheet and will be the same for all of the parts you show.
