txs0102 Vcca=Vccb tolerance

The application will have 3.3V on the A side and either 3.3V or 5V on the B side.   The B side will have its own regulator, so there is a possibility due to regulator tolerances at 3.3V  that it will slightly violate the Vcca<=Vccb criterion.   It should stay within bounds of 0.1V, but it is an independent circuit.   Is there leeway there?
