Iam using SN74LVC16244A.We are having VCC=1.8V and for approx. 5ms the IOs are toggling at 3.3V. What can be the impact? Can the IOs of buffer get damaged or will there be leakage path between 3.3V and 1.8V? If there is a leakage path, what would be the impedance in that case.
