Is there a specified or recommended max operating Junction Temperature for the SN74LVC2G240DCTR? I do not see this in the datasheet or any datasheets I can find for the for the package type. Thanks.

    Correction:

    We do not guarantee operating max junction temp. We do not have HTOL data or a thermal shutdown feature in the part that can give us a reference.

    The abs max junction temperature is the same as the max storage temperature (150 C for this part).
