I have a question about TXB0104.
I'm paranoid about my circuit so I'm measuring the outputs of each IC as I go along.
I tried measuring the output node of TXB0104 to ground without any load (e.g open circuit) but I'm not getting any reading. Is this expected, or is my chip dead? The corresponding input node (VCCB,2) is HIGH at 2.8V. The level VCCA,2 should this be 1.8V
