The data sheet doesn't show me what I need, either 'Any Channel OFF' or 'All Channels OFF'. What I need is the configuration shown in Figure 9, but the inhibit input low. So, measuring the current going into the common pin, (from a programmable source, as low as 40uA), how much of it does NOT make to the selected Channel I/O pin, because it leaks to ground or other nodes in the chip.
If it's still 1uA, its too much for me. If it helps, I only need to work at temperatures up to 50'C. Can this be specified?
On the 'other side' of the unknown load, we have the opposite, where I need to know how much current going into the selected Channel I/O pin of another '4067, does not make it out to the common pin. The common pin at this side is grounded, so maybe this is zero hopefully. Again, only needed up to 50'C.
