The max operating junction temp is 125degC and the absolute max temp is 150C

Regards the last datasheet for industrial (not the automotive one) component the max operating junction is 85°C so please can you confirm the absolute max temp is still 150°C ?

In addition, may I ask to have this answer by email too?

Hi Xavier
the max ambient operating temp is 85C. The max junction temp while operating is 125C (this is while the part is functioning) The absolute max temp before the part is damages is 150degC (the part may not function correctly above max operting temp but will not be damaged until temp goes above absolute max)

So keep the temp inside your system within the limit of 85degC as specd in the datasheet.
