Little Logic for decoding an FM0 signal

I have a tested logic for decoding FM0 encoded sinals. It is relized with components of 74 logic. It has 5 FF 1 counter and some simple logic. Is there a simple way to realize this with a single component (e.G. programmable logic). Is there an existing component for decoding FM0 ?
