IZZ Bus Drainage Test

I have an old TI document SNOS175A that contains TI cover sheet on a National specification.

In this document an IZZ Bus Drainage paremeter is listed.

What is the purpose of this parameter, and what kind of input or setup conditions would it entail? VCC shows 0V, but should VCC be connected? Gnd connected? What voltage level would the inputs be at?

I can not find this document. But you should never float Vcc or gnd. If it is an off leakage then VCC should be tied to gnd or at 0V.

One of the other ENG here thought it had something to do with hot switching boards, and that's why I thought possibly VCC or GND should be floated.

I do not see this parameter in any of the standard TI data sheets, but it is in old National data sheets. I suspect the document I was provided was from a time shortly after TI absorbed National.
