SN74LVC244A Exposed thermal pad should be connected to GND?

Hi, I can't find if the exposed thermal pad of SN74LVC244A (VQFN/RGY 20 package) should be connected to ground like in most of QFN packages. I searched in the datasheet (http://www.ti.com/product/sn74lvc244a#technicaldocuments) but nothing came out of it.
