Hello, I have a question of how to dispose of unused IO ports of TXB0104.

In this device, Should I connect to unused IO ports neither the pull-up resistor nor the pull-down resistor usually?

Hello Hiroshi,

The unused IOs are usually connected to a pull-up resistor to prevent unwanted current flow. They should not be left unconnected.

Hattie-san,

I learnt by your answer that we should be fixed the logic level to prevent ICC increasing as like other general logics.

In addition, it was understood that it had to be a pull-up to make ICC fewer.
