Something is not clear from the spec sheet for me regarding this part. Would the selected port function normally if I were to remove the power on the unselected port (and achieve power savings as intended)?

Also would cascading 3 of these parts still comply with SDIO standards?

Hi,

On the page 4 at TXS02612 datasheet, there are two block diagrams about power and corresponding port. If VCCB0 is power off, Port0 (DAT0-3 B0, CMD B0, CLK B0) is invalid. If VCCB1 is power on and VCCB0 is power off, Port 1 can work normally.

When data signal integrity is good (there is no larger overshoot and undershoot at data signal ), TXS02612 can be cascaded.
