Is the TS3L110 the same silicon as the Q3257? Customer already has the Q3257 in the AVL and need it for 10/100 Base-T switching. I believe they are drop-in devices but for 10/100Base-T they would just need to tie VCC to 3.3V.
Please correct me if I'm wrong and the Q3257 cannot be used for 10/100Base-T signals.
