Hi,

Our customer have questions regarding the SN74AVC4T245 buffer.

first,

Datasheet is described  only TYP value as follows(part surrounded by a red).

Would you have the MIN/MAX specification?

 

Second,

Datasheet is described  OE pin(output enable) response characteristic as follws  (part surrounded by a blue).

Please let me know the response characteristic of DIR pin(direction control).

    Hi Kato,

    For translation SN74AVC4T245, when VCCA=3.3V and VCCB=1.2V, the tplh will be more than that measured at VCCB>1.2V. I have not these parameters on hand.

    Its switching parameters are measured at load circuits that described on page 9 in its datasheet. If load is different with load circuits that described in datasheet, the parameter value will be different.

    The response character about DIR also depends on load circuits and external driver.

    Could you use SN74AVC4T245 IBIS model to run simulation with system parameters? The results will be helpful to system design.
