I'm planing to use SN74LVC1G125DBV to convert SIO pin (SPI) into MOSI and MISO in a temperature sensor EVM board that could run at 200℃. So the components in this board are required to work at 200℃.
But I'm not sure if this 3-state buffer could work or not when temperature rises up to 200℃, even though the datasheet shows its operating free air temperature is from -40℃ to 125℃.
If not, is there another 3-state buffer with the same function could work under 200℃? Please recommend it if you kown.
