TXB0108 Level translator issues

Hi,

I am using TXB0108 in my design. I have connected wrongly VCCB is 1.8V and VCCA is 3.3V. Still the part will work?. If not, Please advise the alternate part which has same footprint.

The devices (TXS0108) which package is similar with TXB0108 have same VCCA< VCCB requirement.

For TXB0108, if VCCA<VCCB, the chip could be disfunction.

can you suggest any other device with same footprint. Because, My board got manufactured.

Hi Sankar,

As far as I know, if VCCA is more than VCCB (VCCA=3.3,VCCB=1.8), there is no alternate TI part.
