SGS REPORT AND MSDS DATA

Hi Dear

I need some help for document of SGS REPORT or ICP DATA REPORT and MSDS DATA asfor noted below 2 parts.

1) LP3878SD-ADJ/NOPB

2) LM2831XMF/NOPB

I am in south korea, we made vision camera what is containing over 2 TI parts.
To get the certificate for export to Europe, we need SGS REPORT or ICP DATA REPORT and also need, MSDS DATA.

I know that TI offer pb-free data and related report on web site but, we need 3rd party`s documents for instance SGS or other similar organ corresponding to SGS

Our products are already handed in to organization what give certificate to Europe.
Without over document, we can not get approval.

Please help us,,we are in really difficult situation.

Your help will save us to live.
