LSF0101

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LSF0101

Hi,

I’m using a LSF0101.

If in B pin there is a short circuit, how much current is absorbed in A pin, Vref_B pin and EN pin?

In application schematic there is a 200K resistor in Vref_B pin and I think that there can be a lot of current, isn’t it?

So the current is all in A pin?

  • Hi,

If B pin is shorted with some circuits and device is not demage, the max absorbed current is less than 64mA in A pin. The absored current magnitude in Vref_B and  is about  milliampers.   The absored current magnitude in EN  is less than  milliampers.

The current in A or B will depend on data direction and Vef voltage. The 200k resistor will not introduce lots of current.

    Thanks
