We are using the following latch (SN74LVCH16373) followed by buffer SN74ALVC164245 to drive relay SCD21CDY.

Can you please suggest a combined solution for latch (SN74LVCH16373) and buffer (SN74ALVC164245).

The SN74LVCH164245 is a voltage translator. What voltages are you translating?

I need to drive SCD21CDY which is a solid state relay and requires 5V for operation.

The FPGA which I a using to drive SCD21CDY is operating at 3.3 V hence I am using SN74LVCH164245 as voltage translator.

Now since I have shortage of I/O pin I am using a combined solution for latch (SN74LVCH16373) and buffer (SN74ALVC164245).

Is there a combined IC which can latch and also do voltage translation

SN74AHCT16373 will translate up but may not have the drive for the relays. It will have 8ma of drive at 5V.
