I am trying to find behavioral spice model of CD4536 counter timer IC. Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Hi IK

We do not have Models for any of the CD parts. However since they are very mature they can sometimes be found in modeling tool libraries on the web. My best advice her would be to google it.
