This part does not have the Ioff feature so it may leak some when powered off.

This part would not leak when Vcc = 0V TS5A63157

The TS5A3157 doe not have Ioff feature so there could be some leakage from IN to NC when Vcc is 0V

The output NC will not be connected to INso it should be floating if Vcc = 0V.

If Vcc is floating when it is Off then the output will be unknown. The important thing is to be sure Vcc = 0V when off and not floating at some unknown level
