SC70 (DCK) RoHS Reflow information

Hi All

I need some RoSH Reflow data for an SC70 package -> 74LVC1G175DCK which is normally indicated in an IPC1752-2 Class 6 Material Declaration but is no longer included in TI mat decs.

Max reflow temp is indicated as 260C but what is the maximum time allowed at this temperature and how many reflow cycles can the part withstand? Also, has TI done any work to qualify this package for use in a "Vapor Phase Build Process"? Can this package withstand a Post Build, Aqueous Wash with 20% Suponification?
