My customer is evaluating SN74AVC4T245 for Base Station. 4pcs/Board.
The question is as below. I'd really appreciated it if you could answer.
1. Could you let me know the IBHLO and IBHHO in case of VCCA/VCCB=3.3V.
2. -40 to 85℃, IBHLO/IBHHO show minimum spec ?
example VCCA/VCCB=1.6V, IBHLO=125uA(min) IBHHO=-125uA(min)
My understand is right ?
I'd like to know that the Spec is minimum or typical.
3. Could you please let me know the IBHLO and IBHHO in case of Ta=25℃.
VCCA/VCCB=1.6V, 1.95V, 2.7V, 3.6V.
