TXS0206 or TXS0108E for eMMC

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXS0108E, TXS0206

Hi there, we are wanting to interface a 2.5V microcontroller with a 1.8V eMMC IC.   We are trying to choose between TXS0206 or TXS0108E.

Both are rated up to 60Mbps data and 60MHz clock which should accommodate the 53MHz eMMC clock.

TXS0206 is specially purposed for SD card interfaces.

TXS0108E also is optimized for MMC.  Datasheet p.12 under Applications says:

"TXS0108E device is a semi-buffered auto-direction-sensing voltage translator design is optimized for translation
applications (e.g. MMC Card Interfaces) that require the system to start out in a low-speed open-drain mode and
then switch to a higher speed push-pull mode."

Can we get some advice about which is the better choice?

Thanks
