The main difference is temp range. The Specs will be very close or identical.

I'm having some difficulty matching up the sn74HC132n with an NTE74HC132. The SN series seems to work better for my current circuit than the net ; I think the switching speed might be a bit slower for the SN - also the switchover voltage for the trigger seems higher on the NTE but lower for the SN. Would love to hear more. I only have a rigol scope that is 10Mhz and one sn74HC132n and only two nte74HC132. I sure wish I could get like 10 each and solder them all and see...
